Residential
With the majority of our homes offering residential care, we believe our vast experience allows us to care for any person wishing to use this service.
Country Court Care provides exceptional care and comfort to residents during their stay, regardless of their age, nationality, social standing or state of mind. Whilst achieving this we are sensitive at all times acknowledging the rights of individuals, encouraging independence and providing a safe, friendly, caring support service from appropriately trained staff.
Nursing
Our nursing staff are of the highest quality and combine skills with their friendly personalities to offer care that we believe to be second to none.
Nursing care is provided in select homes within Country Court Care. With our experienced nurses and specialised equipment we can cover a range of treatments and medicines for those service users who need that extra little bit of care.
Nurses may take a person's vital signs several times a day. Vital signs include taking and recording a patient's temperature, blood pressure, respirations, pulse, and pain level.
Diet is important for people to stay healthy. Our nurses monitor diets closely, as set by their dietician or physician. They also keep detailed records allowing them to advise on any changes they see.
Domiciliary
As carers we aim to help people in all situations. Domiciliary is a relatively new concept for those who may need care, without the need to commit themselves to a full-time home.
Country Court Healthcare Services provide a home service designed to tailor levels of care, depending on the service user. Different people have differing needs, some may need medicine checked or dispensed, meals cooked or even a chat, all to ensure that their standard of life remains at a quality that is deserved by all.

Dementia
When caring for a service user suffering from dementia it is important to keep them active and mentally stimulated.
Our staff are trained to promote activities for all service users within the home. This is particularly important when caring for service users with dementia. Early diagnosis helps the people understand what is happening and good information enables both patient and carer to make informed choices.
As the degenerative disease can lead to the isolation of a person, we create individual routines for dementia patients based on their personalities. This can help them to maintain happiness and healthiness and opens new possibilities and hobbies for the later lives of these services users.
We believe that capabilities of any service user are only limited to what they have the opportunity to attempt.
Learning Disablity
A learning disability does not stop someone from learning and achieving their ambitions in life, if they get the right support.
We have professionally trained staff who we have selected to support people with learning disabilities, to help them meet their potential. Our aim for these service users is to tailor a program to meet each individual's needs.
As there are different levels of learning disability, each case has to be treated uniquely. We can provide services for all extremes of learning disability and other associated needs.
At Country Court Care we maintain the strong attitude that this disability does not mean that people cannot learn. When the necessary care and effort is applied the results can be remarkable.
