Residential

Most of Country Court Care’s homes offer residential care and we believe we are unrivalled in the field of family values and principles, focus on individuals, faithful service, freshly prepared food, friendship and fun.
Country Court Care provides exceptional care and compassion to residents, regardles

Nursing

Our nursing staff are of the highest calibre and combine their skills and experience with friendly personalities to offer care that we believe to be second to none.

Nursing care is provided in three of the homes within Country Court Care.  Our nurses have access to specialised equipment to cover a range of treatments, therapies and medicines for those who need that extra care.

Nurses monitor residents closely throughout day and night, especially those who are confined to bed, frequently changing their position to make sure they are comfortable, and may check vital signs several times a day (temperature, blood pressure, respiration, pulse and pain level).

There is no underestimating the role of nutrition in achieving and maintaining optimum health, so our nurses monitor diets closely and in consultation with a dietician or physician. They also keep detailed records of any changes they observe and subsequent actions taken.

Domiciliary

The aspiration of our team of home carers is to help people in their own homes in all situations. Domiciliary is a relatively new concept for those who may need care without the need to commit to a full-time care or nursing home.
Country Court Homecare has designed a programme that tailors care packages to individual needs, from full day-and-night supervision to helping with ironing or making the bed, checking or dispensing medication, cooking meals or even just having a chat; all to ensure that the standard of life remains at or exceeds an acceptable quality to the client.

Dementia

When caring for service users with dementia, it is important to keep them active and mentally stimulated.
Our staff are trained to promote relevant activities within the home. Early diagnosis helps the sufferer understand what is happening to them and good information enables both patient and carer to make informed choices.

As this degenerative disease can lead to isolation, we create individual routines for dementia patients based on their personalities. This can help them to maintain happiness and healthiness and to open new possibilities and hobbies for their later lives.

We firmly believe that the capabilities of any service user are only limited to what they have the opportunity to attempt.

Learning Disablity

A learning disability does not stop someone from learning and achieving their ambitions in life, if they get the right support.
We have professionally trained staff who we have selected to support people with learning disabilities, to help them meet their potential. Our aim for these service users is to tailor a program to meet each individual's needs.

As there are different levels of learning disability, each case has to be treated uniquely. We can provide services for all extremes of learning disability and other associated needs.

At Country Court Care we maintain the firm belief that this disability does not mean that people cannot learn. When the necessary care and effort is applied the results can be remarkable.
