Our Care
At all times we focus on providing the best all-round service for our residents. From our well trained staff to our well stocked kitchens; every essential need is caringly catered for.
Our Staff
Our homes operate on a 24-hour rota as care is a full time need. We aim to provide an excellent standard of care at all times.
We constantly strive to improve the standard of care delivered by in-house training. This is under taken on a regular basis for essential qualifications, required to meet service standards.
We also have a training policy whereby we encourage all staff to continue to improve their skills, enabling us to raise our standard far above expectations. Often through higher level NVQ's and other qualifications.
Meal preparations
We pay particular attention to the quality and variety of our menu. All our meals are freshly prepared each day by our cooks and individual needs, likes and dislikes are well catered for.
We provide good wholesome food and special dietary requirements are easily taken care of. Snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day. Visitors are welcome to stay for lunch with a day's prior notice.
General Services
Arrangements can be made for visits to the doctor, chiropodist, optician, physiotherapist and nurse whenever required. Also available on a daily basis are laundry facilities and a resident phone. The hairdresser attends weekly.
